Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and maintain positive team spirit
  • uphold Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards for kitchen and service operations
  • lead and train kitchen staff effectively
  • manage kitchen budgets and inventory
  • coordinate food cost control and banquet food presentation
  • create and innovate banquet menus
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols
