- Food Handlers Certification as per state requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to quickly evaluate and decide best course of action
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Maintain composure and objectivity
- Experience in hotel or related food service field preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Food Handlers Certification compliant with state requirements
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in high pressure and stressful situations
- Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items based on standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen and work areas
- Minimize waste and maximize cost and production ratio
- Prepare food for Banquets and Catering functions following specifications
- Work banquet food station as scheduled
- Maintain knowledge of menus and proper food preparation
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment
