Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive hospitality experience or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Ensure exceptional guest experience from lounge to banquet by leading and motivating the hospitality team
- Uphold operational standards including grooming, safety, and compliance with certifications like Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reporting
- Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, inventory control, and promotional activities
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
- Provide versatile support to the team by stepping in where necessary and maintaining positive team dynamics
