Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive hospitality experience or relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience from lounge to banquet by leading and motivating the hospitality team
  • Uphold operational standards including grooming, safety, and compliance with certifications like Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reporting
  • Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, inventory control, and promotional activities
  • Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
  • Provide versatile support to the team by stepping in where necessary and maintaining positive team dynamics
