Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and coach food and beverage team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and productivity reports efficiently
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and beverage inventory management
- Create and implement engaging food and beverage promotions
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
- Analyze operational reports and participate in meetings to improve service delivery
