Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach food and beverage team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and productivity reports efficiently
  • Oversee food quality, presentation, and beverage inventory management
  • Create and implement engaging food and beverage promotions
  • Communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
  • Analyze operational reports and participate in meetings to improve service delivery
