Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage events
- Professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, and closing
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively

Job Duties
- Drive catering and food and beverage sales to meet and exceed meeting planner goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and groups
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure memorable and successful events
- Stay current with market trends and offer innovative event ideas
- Deliver accurate and timely event orders and communicate any changes promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hotel operations during events
- Participate actively in local events and property activities to enhance client experiences
