Job Duties

- maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation standards
- handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are met throughout the restaurant
- verify valid identification when serving alcoholic beverages, in accordance with state and federal laws
- follow all company, division, and location-specific policies and procedures
- perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and operations
