Job Requirements

  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently
  • routine standing for duration of shift
  • safely maneuvering equipment such as hand carts blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools
  • scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or food and beverage leadership roles
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • experience with recruiting and mentoring employees
  • ability to manage budgets and control expenses
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of training program implementation and performance monitoring
  • commitment to maintaining safe work environments

Job Duties

  • Create a learning and nurturing environment for all front of the house restaurant team members that promotes sales and service success and internal career growth
  • develop and implement strategies to increase qualified applicants including proactively recruiting and mentoring the team
  • facilitate implementation of company learning training programs follow-up and monitor performance to ensure transfer of learned skills on-the-job
  • manage individual restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance
  • cultivate an environment of open authentic dialogue with the restaurant team regional and corporate partners
  • ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures
  • incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant employees and guests help create a clean safe professional and upbeat environment
