Job Requirements
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently

- Experience in managing restaurant or hospitality teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment and training strategies
- Proficient in budget management and expense control
- Knowledge of safety programs and compliance
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Duties
- Create a learning and nurturing environment for all front of the house restaurant team members that promotes sales and service success and internal career growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase qualified applicants including but not limited to proactively recruiting and mentoring the team
- Facilitate implementation of company learning and training programs follow-up and monitor performance to ensure transfer of learned skills on-the-job
- Manage individual restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance
- Cultivate an environment of open authentic dialogue with the restaurant team regional and corporate partners
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures
- Incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant employees and guests Help create a clean safe professional and upbeat environment
