Job Requirements
- At least one year of culinary or hospitality experience
- Valid food handler's card or certification as required by local law
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently bending stooping kneeling and standing for long periods
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability for scheduled shifts based on business needs
- Willingness to perform additional duties as necessary
- Basic knowledge of equipment operation and cleaning procedures
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card or other certification as required by federal state or local law
- Basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food equipment kitchenware tableware storage and rotation proper cleaning sanitizing and stocking of plate ware glassware silverware pots pans and kitchen equipment
- General housekeeping skills including sweeping mopping and trash removal
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote financial and culinary success
- Set the course by fostering cleanliness and sanitizing tableware pots pans and cooking equipment
- Build the perfect oasis by keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized practicing proper operation of dish machine including set up breakdown proper washing procedures and chemical usage
- Support your crew by ensuring safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping mopping and trash removal
- Follow policies procedures and meet all standards related to cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist in maintaining an outstanding culinary and retail experience to guests
