Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One plus years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
  • Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal state or local law
  • Ability to lift and or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to bend stoop and kneel frequently
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shift
  • Ability to maneuver equipment including hand cart blenders knives slices and wine keys
  • Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

  • One plus years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
  • Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal state or local law
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food equipment kitchenware tableware storage and rotation proper cleaning sanitizing and stocking of plate ware glassware silverware pots pans and kitchen equipment
  • General housekeeping skills such as sweeping mopping and trash removal
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

Job Duties

  • Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote financial and culinary success
  • Foster cleanliness by sanitizing tableware pots pans and cooking equipment
  • Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized practicing proper operation of dish machine including but not limited to set up breakdown proper washing procedures and chemical usage
  • Ensure safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
  • Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping mopping and trash removal
  • Support your crew by maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
