Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum one year of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- possession of a current food handler's card and other required certifications
- ability to lift and move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- capability to bend stoop and kneel frequently
- ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- comfort maneuvering equipment such as hand carts blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools listed in training manual
- flexibility to work scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- possession of a current food handler's card and other certifications as required by federal state or local law
- basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food equipment kitchenware tableware storage and rotation proper cleaning sanitizing and stocking of plate ware glassware silverware pots pans and kitchen equipment
- proficiency in general housekeeping duties such as sweeping mopping and trash removal
- high school diploma or GED
- willingness to perform other duties necessary to support the business
Job Duties
- create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote financial and culinary success
- set the course by fostering cleanliness and sanitizing tableware pots pans and cooking equipment
- build the perfect oasis by keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized practicing proper operation of dish machine including set up breakdown proper washing procedures and chemical usage
- support your crew by ensuring safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
