Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Generally 3 years of food and beverage experience with some leadership experience preferred
- Must have current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal state local law
- Familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems preferred
- Ability to work schedule shifts determined by business needs including nights weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills
- Computer Microsoft Office skills

Job Duties
- Assist in creating a learning and nurturing environment for team members that promotes sales and service success and internal career growth
- Assist the Marlin Bar Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase qualified applicants including proactive recruiting
- Maintain appropriate staff levels
- Hire qualified employees and effectively orient, set performance expectations, train, coach, and provide constructive feedback
- Facilitate implementation of company learning and training programs and monitor performance to ensure skill transfer on-the-job
- Practice proactive performance management in partnership with the Regional Manager and HR to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Manage individual restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance
