Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain emotional control under pressure
- Capability to mentor and supervise staff
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Must complete a sanitation course before or during the first year
- Knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production quality and safety
- Ensure safe and organized food storage
- Maintain serving schedules per menu specifications
- Maintain sanitary conditions and comply with health and safety regulations
- Manage weekly inventory accurately
- Prepare orders to ensure accurate location production
- Supervise and evaluate employees, promote employee growth and teamwork
- Maintain safe and hazard-free work environment
- Train and mentor other food service workers
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs
- Ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with necessary corrective actions
- Perform preventative maintenance checklist
- Recommend equipment replacement when needed
- Multitask proficiently
- Perform duties requested by Food Service Director or Manager
- Fill in for absent employees as needed
- Coordinate daily catering events and ensure timely delivery
- Work occasional nights and weekends for catered events
- Attend food service meetings
- Maintain communication with staff
- Perform cashier duties as required
- Promote good public relations
