Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- or two-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- two years experience in food and beverage or culinary area
- ability to supervise and manage teams
- knowledge of sanitation and food handling standards
- understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- availability to work full time
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- or two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with two years experience

Job Duties
- Supervises and manages employees
- manages all day-to-day operations
- maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas
- reviews staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
- leads, influences, and encourages the food and beverage team
- ensures compliance with food and beverage policies, standards, and applicable laws
- provides exceptional customer service and handles guest complaints
- manages human resource activities including performance monitoring and training
- assists servers and hosts during high demand periods
- oversees financial aspects including purchasing and invoice payments
