Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management and marketing coordination
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with social media platforms and management tools
- basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus

Job Duties
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize content and campaigns
- assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
- manage social media advertising budgets and track campaign performance
- respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- support event promotion and community outreach initiatives
- prepare regular reports on social media and marketing campaign performance
- work with Executive Leadership to ensure marketing strategy aligns with the bank's strategic goals
- ensure all external marketing items comply with bank and marketing regulations
- manage all aspects of company swag, including branding, design, inventory, and vendors
