Job Requirements

  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
  • ability to wear designer clothing and footwear associated with modeling industry
  • capable of performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending, reaching, walking, standing for shifts
  • manual dexterity to operate equipment
  • willing to work in loud and smoke-filled environments
  • flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
  • must obtain and maintain necessary licenses and work cards

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • superior customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and remain calm
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • knowledge of POS terminal functions
  • previous modeling or VIP bartending experience preferred
  • in-depth mixology knowledge
  • knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and cocktails
  • ability to conduct full wine service including decanting
  • must maintain high scores on assessments
  • minimum 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • possess full knowledge of sequence of service and menu comprehension
  • verify par levels for products and equipment
  • observe and anticipate guest needs

  • adhere to company and government regulations
  • obtain and maintain necessary licensing
  • use suggestive selling techniques
  • follow company policies
  • perform other job-related tasks as required with flexible schedule
