Job Requirements

  • willingness to travel between six offices within the Valley
  • reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
  • full-time availability monday through friday with some hybrid flexibility

  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience in marketing or related fields

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of marketing, community outreach, or brand development experience
  • dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required
  • strong initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • comfortable working independently and bringing new ideas to leadership

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing events such as open houses, community outreach events, patient appreciation days, and school/orthodontic information nights
  • Serve as the in-person face of the practice at events, engaging warmly with patients and families
  • Drive patient referrals and consults by encouraging event attendees to schedule appointments
  • Manage and grow social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • respond to comments and messages
  • post regular content to keep platforms active and engaging
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to coordinate promotions, new-patient campaigns, referral incentives, and special offers
  • Track marketing and event performance by monitoring patient consults and feedback to refine strategies
  • Travel occasionally between multiple office locations to ensure consistent branding, signage, materials, and event execution across all practice sites
