Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent
- two years progressively more challenging role in marketing or operations
- supervisory experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- ability to prepare, understand and analyze department budgets, capital expenditures and P&L statements
- proven managerial and critical thinking skills
- ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors
- excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills
- teamwork ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders
- ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities
- exceptional communication, analytical, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Communicate and coordinate with internal marketing staff to understand business and marketing objectives and ensure deadlines are met
- assist with social media content strategy, implementation and monitoring duties
- collaborate with marketing leadership to create and execute successful promotions and events including large retail promotions, slot tournaments, and VIP events
- write rules and regulations for promotions and special events
- coordinate with other departments to ensure successful event execution
- gather data and trends using internal database analysis tools and draft reports
- promote customer relations by handling complaints and delivering comps
- provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, organizing travel and conferences, maintaining documentation, photocopying and faxing documents
- complete forms such as purchase orders and check requests with appropriate signatures and distribution
- report on casino marketing operations to the Director of Casino Marketing
- assist the marketing department as needed
