Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- at least three years of administrative experience
- driver's license
- proficiency with CRM systems
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- previous experience in a related field such as sales, marketing, or hospitality preferred
Job Qualifications

- bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing or a related field
- at least three years' experience in an administrative capacity
- previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or luxury residential services preferred
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong organizational abilities and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- professional presence, integrity, and a sincere passion for serving others
Job Duties
- support the Marketing Director in executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives
- manage inquiries, schedule tours, and maintain meticulous records in the CRM system
- prepare presentations, reports, and collateral materials that align with brand standards
- coordinate and participate in on-site events and partnership activities that promote the community
- assist in managing marketing communications including digital content, newsletters, and social media engagement
- deliver an exceptional, concierge-level experience for all prospective residents and guests
