Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing or a related field
- At least three (3) years' experience in an administrative capacity
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or luxury residential services preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional presence, integrity, and a sincere passion for serving others
Job Duties
- Support the Marketing Director in executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives
- Manage inquiries, schedule tours, and maintain meticulous records in the CRM system
- Prepare presentations, reports, and collateral materials that align with brand standards
- Coordinate and participate in on-site events and partnership activities that promote our community
- Assist in managing marketing communications, including digital content, newsletters, and social media engagement
- Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level experience for all prospective residents and guests
