Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5-7 years of experience in advertising, photography, or print production
- Experience overseeing printers, third-party logistics, and mail/postage suppliers
- Prior management experience
- Availability to work hybrid in-office schedule

- Ability to analyze and evaluate invoices and accounting data
Job Duties
- Partner with department leaders to develop project plans that support marketing and branding goals
- Collaborate on and manage projects using project management tools
- Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, aligning business priorities with corporate milestones
- Coordinate with Director of Marketing Operations to keep the calendar up to date
- Distribute marketing calendar updates to teams
- Manage print and direct mail production including budgeting and vendor coordination
- Oversee creation and maintenance of marketing production schedules across multiple media channels
- Assign project schedules in collaboration with brand managers and creative teams
- Ensure all key dates are communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Manage traffic and brand coordinators ensuring workflow adheres to production milestones
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly with escalation to Director of Marketing Operations when necessary
- Maintain designated hybrid in-office work schedule
