Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in advertising, photography, or print production
  • Experience overseeing printers, third-party logistics, and mail/postage suppliers
  • Prior management experience
  • Availability to work hybrid in-office schedule

  • Retail or agency experience preferred

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communicator with all levels of associates and external vendors
  • Strong computer skills (MAC and PC)
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate invoices and accounting data

Job Duties

  • Partner with department leaders to develop project plans that support marketing and branding goals
  • Collaborate on and manage projects using project management tools
  • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, aligning business priorities with corporate milestones
  • Coordinate with Director of Marketing Operations to keep the calendar up to date
  • Distribute marketing calendar updates to teams
  • Manage print and direct mail production including budgeting and vendor coordination
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of marketing production schedules across multiple media channels
  • Assign project schedules in collaboration with brand managers and creative teams
  • Ensure all key dates are communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage traffic and brand coordinators ensuring workflow adheres to production milestones
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly with escalation to Director of Marketing Operations when necessary
  • Maintain designated hybrid in-office work schedule
