Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
- Ability to work onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA
- Willingness to support and engage in various HR and student program initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. citizenship is required due to access restrictions under the program/contract
- Experience with marketing design tools such as Canva
- Experience with data analysis and formatting tools like Excel
- Ability to package and present key messaging to senior leaders through visual display using PowerPoint
- Capability to generate thought-provoking surveys using tools like SurveyMonkey or MS Forms
Job Duties
- Support and drive key student program initiatives related to HR projects, recruiting, the student employee experience, on-boarding
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture
- Provide project management support to plan, coordinate and execute events within Avionics Engineering and Technology for the Student Programs
- Ensure engagement and coordination with Campus Programs
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives
- Organize and lead student employee events in Cedar Rapids and virtual events nationwide
- Assist in creating innovative programming activities for students to engage with the business, each other, and the local community
