Job Requirements
- minimum age of 21 years
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- ability to move, set up, and break down furniture and equipment
- ability to wear designer clothing and maintain required posture and movement
- ability to perform in various footwear and attire
- physically able to climb, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, and stand for duration of shift
- willing to work in loud, smoky environments
- ability to work in indoor and outdoor food and beverage service environments with exposure to heat, sun, wet surfaces
- willing to work in small, confined spaces with limited access
- ability to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull, and grasp regularly
- ability to use trained chemicals safely
- maintain personal grooming, appearance, posture, and hygiene according to fashion standards set by management
Job Qualifications
- previous work experience in fast-paced cocktail or bottle service environment
- superior customer service skills with professional demeanor
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- experience handling large and heavy trays preferred
- accurate check handling and POS terminal operation
- positive interactive skills and sound judgment
- ability to manage time with minimal supervision
- current or previous modeling or VIP guest service experience preferred
- strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and cocktails
- minimum 21 years of age
Job Duties
- adhere to all departmental appearance and uniform standards
- model designer apparel and accessories including multiple costume changes during shifts
- market and promote venues through attendance at outings and social media posting
- maintain full knowledge of service sequence, menus, preparation, ingredients, and pricing
- observe, anticipate, and promptly fulfill guest needs
- communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
- set up and break down work areas including furniture and equipment
- maintain cleanliness according to health standards
- enforce company and government regulations
- obtain and maintain required licensing or work cards
- use suggestive selling techniques
- follow all company and department policies
- perform additional tasks as assigned by management
- work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
