Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience
  • People management experience with 2-3 direct reports
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing
  • Proven ability to increase sales and measure impact/return on investment of programs
  • Ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction
  • Proficient in utilizing social media and MS Office products
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Job Duties

  • Conduct marketing research and data collection including focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development and competitive pricing analysis
  • Develop marketing plans, new strategies and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute annual campaigns including oral and written presentations to various target groups
  • Support business development with Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, sales presentations and Client Business Reviews (CBRs)
  • Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing
  • Build relationships with clients, organizational department heads, subgroups, and community groups
