Job Requirements
- This is an on-site position
- minimum of three years experience in hotel level marketing
- Hilton experience preferred
- demonstrated competency managing outside agencies
- demonstrated competency in paid digital marketing
- demonstrated competency in copywriting
- basic understanding of HTML
- excellent time management skills
- strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- competency in Adobe design programs
- average or better knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Job Duties
- Develop and execute property-level marketing plans
- create and manage campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media channels
- collaborate with hotel and F&B leaders to create partnerships and activations
- manage relationships with outside agencies
- monitor marketing performance and adapt strategies
- drive brand engagement and consumer awareness
- support cross-departmental marketing initiatives
