Job Requirements

  • This is an on-site position
  • minimum of three years experience in hotel level marketing
  • Hilton experience preferred
  • demonstrated competency managing outside agencies
  • demonstrated competency in paid digital marketing
  • demonstrated competency in copywriting
  • basic understanding of HTML
  • excellent time management skills
  • strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • competency in Adobe design programs
  • average or better knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' experience in hotel level marketing
  • experience with Hilton brand preferred
  • competency in managing outside agencies
  • demonstrated skill in paid digital marketing
  • strong copywriting abilities
  • basic understanding of HTML
  • proficiency in Adobe design programs

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute property-level marketing plans
  • create and manage campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media channels
  • collaborate with hotel and F&B leaders to create partnerships and activations
  • manage relationships with outside agencies
  • monitor marketing performance and adapt strategies
  • drive brand engagement and consumer awareness
  • support cross-departmental marketing initiatives
