Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Prior experience in timeshare, hospitality, call center, sales, or customer service
- Proven leadership abilities in coaching and motivating teams
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel to locations including Oahu, Waikoloa, Maui, and Kauai

- Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets and deliver customer satisfaction

Job Duties
- Develop and implement marketing programs and promotions to achieve budgeted targets for tours and net sales volume
- Mentor, coach, and train team members daily through shadowing and one-on-one sessions
- Conduct daily informational, motivational, and training meetings to foster a positive team environment
- Collaborate with Database Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to coordinate lead flow and digital marketing strategies
- Oversee Tour Coordinator operations to support marketing department goals
- Review call data to enhance team efficiencies and increase sales production
- Manage lead allocation process ensuring proper assignment to increase tour flow
- Collaborate with site marketing and sales leadership across multiple locations to drive synergies and sales growth
- Develop and execute new marketing programs and services
- Assist with creation, posting, and adjustment of team member schedules
- Provide performance coaching and apply disciplinary actions as needed
