Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with focus on paid media and events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly for events
  • Proactive and independent work approach

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience including paid media and event execution
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset comfortable reviewing data and tracking budgets
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills
  • Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns and familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot preferred
  • Experience planning and managing events from start to finish including logistics and onsite support
  • Ability to travel regularly for event execution
  • Self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn from marketing leaders

Job Duties

  • Manage paid media agency ensuring campaigns across SEM, display, paid social, and other channels are executed on time and on budget
  • Manage influencer program including research, outreach, creative brief development, budgeting, and communication
  • Coordinate paid media budget including forecasting, spend tracking, and performance reporting
  • Partner with agency to ensure effective targeting, ad creative delivery, testing, and optimization
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web teams to provide campaign assets and coordinate landing pages
  • Review performance data regularly and identify insights for future campaigns
  • Report key metrics and learnings to marketing leadership
  • Manage planning and execution of 3-5 events and 3-5 major tradeshows annually
  • Oversee all event logistics including vendor coordination, shipping, registration, materials, and onsite support
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure messaging, creative assets, and booth experiences align with brand standards
  • Provide onsite support for events with 1-2 trips per quarter
  • Track event ROI and compile post-event performance reports
  • Ensure every event and tradeshow reflects the excellence and innovation of Carnegie Learning
