Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and paid media management
- Proven track record in event planning and execution
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting and reporting
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in both paid media and event execution
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in budget tracking and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot preferred
- Proven experience managing end-to-end event logistics and onsite support
- Ability to travel regularly for events
- Self-starter with a curiosity and eagerness to learn
Job Duties
- Manage paid media agency campaigns across SEM, display, and paid social
- Oversee influencer program including research, outreach, budgeting, and relationship management
- Coordinate paid media budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with content, creative, and web teams to provide campaign assets and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver insights to marketing leadership
- Plan and execute 3-5 company events and tradeshows annually managing all logistics and vendor coordination
- Provide onsite event support and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting
