Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms and paid media management
  • Proven track record in event planning and execution
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
  • Strong analytical skills for budgeting and reporting

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in both paid media and event execution
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in budget tracking and performance reporting
  • Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot preferred
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end event logistics and onsite support
  • Ability to travel regularly for events
  • Self-starter with a curiosity and eagerness to learn

Job Duties

  • Manage paid media agency campaigns across SEM, display, and paid social
  • Oversee influencer program including research, outreach, budgeting, and relationship management
  • Coordinate paid media budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web teams to provide campaign assets and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign performance data and deliver insights to marketing leadership
  • Plan and execute 3-5 company events and tradeshows annually managing all logistics and vendor coordination
  • Provide onsite event support and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting
