Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality management or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
  • strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • creativity and strong organizational skills
  • attention to detail
  • experience with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • familiarity with CRM and hotel property management systems is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services, amenities, and events
  • oversee all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, email marketing, PPC, and social media
  • manage the hotel’s website and ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
  • collaborate with the Sales team to create promotional materials and sales tools
  • organize and promote events, packages, and seasonal promotions to boost revenue
  • monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine marketing strategies
  • manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, and media partners
  • ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • coordinate public relations activities and influencer collaborations
