Job Requirements

  • Direct deposit and social security card is required
  • Meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position
  • A one-year probationary period may be required

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position
  • Experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principles
  • Completion of the requirements for a master’s or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing highly preferred
  • Minimum of three years leadership or supervisory experience in a marketing or publicity environment
  • Experience in the creation of trending video shorts or reels
  • Minimum of three years of public presentation experience

Job Duties

  • Formulates and implements marketing policy and procedure for MWR programs
  • Recommends priorities, develops plans and directs the execution of market research, analysis and assessment
  • Develops long and short-range marketing operation plans
  • Evaluates effectiveness through attainment of goals and analysis of business trends and market share
  • Develops sales, promotional and merchandising strategies, brochures and pamphlets
  • Identifies and analyzes customer needs and satisfaction
  • Directs subordinate staff in assisting managers market and promote their programs, including advertising, event marketing, sales campaigns, sales promotions, radio and television production graphic art design, and development of MWR publications
  • Assists program managers develop internal customer service training programs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
