Job Requirements

- Ability to bend, reach, and move equipment as needed

- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of event marketing or field marketing leadership experience in a multi-location organization
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop marketing representatives
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple markets
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis skills
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable lead generation results
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel reporting
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in home services or direct-to-consumer marketing preferred
- Experience scaling event programs in high-growth environments preferred
Job Duties
- Develop, enhance, and scale event marketing programs to support growth goals
- Identify high-value local events aligned with target demographics
- Build annual and quarterly event calendars in partnership with sales and marketing leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop brand ambassadors
- Lead and manage multiple event teams across territories
- Establish performance expectations tied to KPIs
- Oversee event logistics including booth selection, contracts, setup, and teardown
- Manage event marketing materials and inventory
- Track and analyze event performance metrics
- Provide reports and recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop and manage event budgets
- Control expenses while maximizing lead generation output
