Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of event marketing or field marketing leadership in multi-location organizations
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple markets
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop marketing representatives
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis skills
- Demonstrated success driving measurable lead generation results
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel reporting
- Willingness to travel up to 30 percent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in home services, home improvement, or direct-to-consumer marketing preferred
- Experience scaling event programs in high-growth environments preferred
Job Duties
- Develop, enhance, and scale event marketing programs to support growth
- Identify high-value local events aligned to target demographics
- Build event calendars in partnership with sales and marketing leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop Brand Ambassadors
- Lead and manage multiple event teams across territories
- Establish performance expectations tied to clear KPIs
- Partner with Sales Managers to align schedules and revenue targets
- Ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to maintain brand standards
- Oversee event logistics including booth selection, contracts, setup, and teardown
- Manage marketing material inventory and distribution
- Track and analyze event performance metrics
- Monitor cost-per-lead and conversion performance
- Provide performance reports to senior leadership
- Identify and correct underperforming markets
- Develop and manage territory-level event budgets
- Control expenses while maximizing lead generation
- Forecast event-driven revenue contributions
