Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience

Job Duties

  • Strategic leadership and brand management for South Carolina
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across all locations
  • Lead company-wide rebranding initiative, including brand identity, messaging, and visual standards
  • Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all departments, locations, and channels
  • Act as the company's brand ambassador both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with leadership, directors, and department managers to align marketing strategies with operational goals
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts including websites, social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising
  • Lead the merging of multiple websites into a single, cohesive platform
  • Manage online presence including Google Business profiles, reputation management, and third-party platforms
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
  • Create and oversee production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, digital content, and promotional assets
  • Ensure consistent messaging that communicates the company's value proposition
  • Manage employee communications such as newsletters and internal announcements
  • Identify and implement new marketing channels and opportunities
  • Partner with sales teams to develop lead generation strategies through campaigns, trade shows, and events
  • Support CRM utilization and lead tracking processes
  • Assign and manage incoming leads from various platforms
  • Maintain and manage email distribution lists for marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on marketing performance
  • Plan and manage trade shows, customer events, and company-sponsored activities
  • Oversee promotional items, branded merchandise, and employee apparel
  • Manage co-op marketing programs and vendor/OEM partnerships
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Oversee signage, facility branding, vehicle branding, and point-of-sale materials
  • Manage phone system messaging (scripts and recordings)
  • Supervise and develop marketing team members
