Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communication, journalism, or related field or equivalent combination of education
  • 3+ years experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels preferred
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design programs
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain and optimize hotel and outlet websites ensuring accuracy and conversion-focused content
  • Update copy, launch promotions, maintain event calendar, and fulfill website changes
  • Produce revenue-driving email campaigns with compelling copy and on-brand imagery
  • Audit and update third-party location listings for optimal visibility
  • Collaborate with revenue management to develop strategic promotions
  • Build and execute packages supporting PR and revenue goals
  • Manage property events from strategy to post-event evaluation ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Develop community partnerships to drive foot traffic and repeat visitation
