- experience in advertising and or marketing campaigns
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming Permit
- strong interpersonal and guest service skills
- proficient communication in English
- supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Build positive guest and team member relations
- participates and conducts departmental meetings
- work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- perform other duties as assigned by management
- collaborate with Director of Marketing to develop marketing plans
- lead and participate in management meetings about marketing initiatives
- identify and execute business opportunities
- support development and execution of marketing initiatives
- write promotion and special event rules and ensure proper implementation
- analyze and make recommendations on promotions and events
- develop and manage contracts with vendors
- support vendor selection and purchasing processes
- work with vendors to ensure pricing and delivery meet standards
- build strategic alliances with business partners
- monitor general ledger activity and control expenses
- coordinate with departments for staffing and supplies
- assist direct reports with achieving goals
- respond proactively to market dynamics
- monitor subordinate tasks for compliance
- create standard operating procedures for department
- adhere to company policies and ethics
- prioritize needs and manage resources effectively
- use business communication skills to develop materials
- promptly report safety or maintenance issues
