Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hospitality marketing experience
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field

Job Duties

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with hotel goals
  • provide operational, creative, and analytical support for marketing initiatives
  • communicate campaign performance to management
  • execute marketing campaigns across digital and social media channels
  • maintain visibility and meet deadlines for marketing projects
  • track timelines, calendars, and approval processes
  • collaborate with internal teams to gather content and create landing pages
  • drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing
  • ensure accuracy and attention to detail in marketing communications
  • assist with media planning, asset management, tagging, and campaign tracking
  • manage organization and distribution of digital image assets
  • support creative content development including email campaigns and website stories
  • maintain web presence, monitor traffic, and identify marketing opportunities
  • compile marketing data through data mining and trend recognition
  • assist coordination of photo/video shoots
  • monitor social media conversations, competitor activity, and digital trends
