Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in marketing communications or event management B2B or industrial energy sector preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with project management and vendor coordination
- Proficient in PowerPoint WordPress or similar CMS Canva and major social platforms
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Detail-oriented and collaborative approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Job Duties
- Manage website updates and content publishing including new project articles case studies and white papers
- Plan and coordinate social media calendars ensuring timely posts content reviews and response management across platforms
- Maintain and refresh marketing collateral including PowerPoint templates company overviews and one-pagers
- Oversee conference and event production including booth design logistics meeting scheduling and vendor coordination
- Manage company merchandise and giveaways from concept through production and distribution
- Support the planning and execution of project launch events such as Flip the Switch ceremonies and media days
- Develop case studies and thought leadership content collaborating with internal experts and creative partners
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and maintain alignment with APR Energy’s strategic marketing framework
