Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Timeshare experience in sales and marketing required
  • Minimum two years management or supervisory experience or equivalent timeshare experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and departmental problems
  • Knowledge of commission payroll administration
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Qualifications

  • Timeshare experience in sales and marketing
  • Two years management or supervisory experience preferred or equivalent timeshare experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer and salesperson interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle simultaneous situations
  • Knowledgeable with commission payroll processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong collaborative skills with multiple departments

Job Duties

  • Direct management of in-house marketing team including interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct daily work
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary actions including termination and conflict resolution
  • Maintain total site marketing conversion according to site marketing standards
  • Resolve issues related to tour statuses, bookings, coding, etc.
  • Maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests for reference
  • Prepare and run daily and weekly reports
  • Compile data on team members’ performance
  • Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and potential tour flow
  • Ensure timely dissemination of marketing and concierge related information
  • Coordinate with sales on new or changed marketing programs and policies
  • Submit employee payroll in a timely manner
  • Perform other related functions as assigned
