Job Requirements
- 5 years of marketing or public relations experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or related industries
- bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, communications, or related field preferred
- strong experience managing PR agencies and executing media strategies
- proficiency with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Revinate, or similar and digital reporting
- excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- strong writing skills and attention to detail
- familiarity with CMS platforms and analytics tools is a plus
- ability to work independently and think both creatively and strategically
- professional demeanor and experience in hospitality is a plus

Job Duties
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with sales goals and business objectives
- lead marketing initiatives for group and leisure segments, including seasonal and need-based promotions
- manage public relations efforts, serving as the primary liaison with PR agencies, media, and tourism bureaus
- oversee promotional and transactional email campaigns, analyzing performance and optimizing results
- coordinate media stays, events, and special promotions to enhance visibility and guest engagement
- manage advertising agreements, creative assets, and campaign timelines while tracking ROI
- maintain and update branded websites, landing pages, and promotional content in partnership with digital teams
- collaborate with sales, revenue, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support business priorities
- provide reporting on marketing, PR, and campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement
- perform additional duties as assigned
