Job Requirements

  • 5 years of marketing or public relations experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or related industries
  • bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, communications, or related field preferred
  • strong experience managing PR agencies and executing media strategies
  • proficiency with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Revinate, or similar and digital reporting
  • excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • familiarity with CMS platforms and analytics tools is a plus
  • ability to work independently and think both creatively and strategically
  • professional demeanor and experience in hospitality is a plus

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with sales goals and business objectives
  • lead marketing initiatives for group and leisure segments, including seasonal and need-based promotions
  • manage public relations efforts, serving as the primary liaison with PR agencies, media, and tourism bureaus
  • oversee promotional and transactional email campaigns, analyzing performance and optimizing results
  • coordinate media stays, events, and special promotions to enhance visibility and guest engagement
  • manage advertising agreements, creative assets, and campaign timelines while tracking ROI
  • maintain and update branded websites, landing pages, and promotional content in partnership with digital teams
  • collaborate with sales, revenue, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support business priorities
  • provide reporting on marketing, PR, and campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement
  • perform additional duties as assigned
