- Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising
- 2-5 years related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365, and social media platforms
- Convenience store and/or restaurant experience a plus

Job Duties
- Create marketing plans for the top express franchise groups and work with their assigned Franchise Business Consultant to execute against the plan
- Travel to select locations to learn more about franchise operations and use this knowledge to generate new ideas on how to drive sales in our traditional outlets
- Manage the sales analysis process with accounting
- Manage online ordering presence for each group
