Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a college program at least half-time as defined by your institution for the entire duration of the internship
- Ability to commit to a 12-month internship working full-time in summer and part-time during the school year
- Availability for full-time hours (30-40 hours per week) during summer
- Availability for part-time hours (15-20 hours per week) during academic periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and build strong relationships
- Interest in event planning and administrative tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a college program at least half-time studying Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality, or related field

Job Duties
- Utilize CVENT event management software to create and design registration sites and mobile platforms
- Manage attendee registration and information through CVENT
- Assist in facilitating 5-10 corporate events annually supporting multiple business lines
- Provide support for the creation of individual itineraries including flight travel, activities, and meeting schedules for 100+ attendees
- Aid in compiling documents for distribution to event participants
- Organize and analyze quarterly metrics for the meetings and travel team delivering quantitative insights to leadership
- Aid in scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and serving as a team liaison to internal and external stakeholders
