Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing focused on events that drive lead generation, pipeline, and revenue
- Demonstrated success planning and executing in-person and virtual events
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools with HubSpot preferred
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities to measure and achieve lead and engagement goals
- Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

- Demonstrated success planning and executing both in-person and virtual events supporting sales and marketing goals
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools with a preference for HubSpot
- Excellent organizational, project management, and cross-functional communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to set, measure, and achieve lead and engagement targets
- Experience partnering with sales teams to align events with ABM strategies or targeted outreach campaigns
- Background in SaaS, promotional products, or employee recognition and engagement programs
- Familiarity with field marketing and coordinating regional or industry-specific events
- Creative approach to event design and content to stand out in competitive markets
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain an annual and quarterly event calendar aligned with demand generation and brand awareness goals
- Conduct ROI analysis for each event using historical data and forecasted lead generation potential
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify and prioritize impactful event types
- Manage end-to-end execution of all hosted and third-party events including budgeting, branding, promotion, logistics, and staffing
- Lead pre-event marketing efforts across multiple channels to drive engagement and attendance
- Ensure event experiences reflect brand standards through booth design, speaker preparation, branded merchandise, and follow-up
- Define and track key event performance metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline influence, ROI, and customer acquisition cost
- Develop and refine lead capture methods integrated into CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to attribute pipeline growth and revenue
- Align events with broader marketing campaigns and enable sales teams with customized outreach materials
- Deliver post-event reports measuring impact and apply insights to optimize future events
- Test and implement virtual and hybrid event formats to expand reach and improve cost efficiency
