- 6 plus years of experience in marketing event management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience
- Expertise in managing events within a professional services environment
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Experience with event platforms and marketing tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Budget management experience and a knack for negotiation

- Willingness to travel and work some evenings or weekends for events

Job Duties
- Build, manage, and lead BPM-hosted and sponsored events in priority geographies ensuring alignment with industries and service lines
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of in-person events and sponsorships
- Partner with firm leadership, Go-to-Market, and Demand Generation teams to set event goals and strategies ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Proactively propose event participation and sponsorships to firm leaders and support their event requests
- Manage event logistics including budgets, vendors, venues, catering, travel, and onsite setup
- Create and manage event timelines, communications, and registration processes
- Track budgets and expenses ensuring events stay on target
- Collect and share post-event feedback and insights to measure success
- Build strong relationships with vendors, venues, and partners
- Brainstorm and develop new event ideas to engage clients and employees
- Engage a team of administrative support personnel when applicable to oversee office-based events
- Support overall marketing and business development goals through creative event strategies
