Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum three years experience in marketing, entertainment, or public relations
- Ability to obtain and maintain required STGC Gaming License
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment and random drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
- Capacity to work long hours under stressful conditions
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Must maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Three years experience in marketing or entertainment or public relations field
- Preferred gaming and resort experience
- Strong knowledge of live entertainment production
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in entertainment booking, routing, and contracts
- Ability to work professionally under stress
- Superior guest and client service skills
- Knowledge of entertainment demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Experience in marketing and advertising of entertainment events
Job Duties
- Partner with marketing manager for advertising and promoting marketing events
- Assist marketing manager in facilitating approvals with artists for use of name and likeness
- Monitor staff performance to ensure guest service standards are achieved
- Assist with overall marketing of Sandia Resort & Casino as needed
- Book entertainment at various resort locations and off-property venues
- Coordinate production elements such as sound, lighting, scenery, props, special effects
- Manage visiting artist personal and technical riders
- Contract and liaise with technical director for lights and sound
- Monitor entertainment profitability
- Partner with various departments to ensure success of marketing events
- Review marketing materials for promoting events
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies for promotional exposure
- Communicate effectively with partners, leadership, and finance
- Coordinate and schedule venue personnel including security, ushers, and catering
- Lead ticket pricing strategy and partner with box office for sales and reports
- Manage Sandia Amphitheater for entertainment performances
- Coordinate artist specifics including hotel, food and beverage, security, and transportation
- Provide direct management and supervision to team members
- Set operational goals and guide team towards efficient operation
- Delegate responsibilities based on team members' strengths and weaknesses
- Foster a teamwork environment through communication and support
- Collaborate in a professional and articulate manner
- Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills
