Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum of three years experience in marketing, entertainment, or public relations
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required STGC Gaming License
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and overtime
- Must be able to work long hours under stressful conditions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Punctual and regular attendance
- Physical ability to perform required job functions including balancing, crouching, feeling, finger dexterity, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, seeing, walking, sitting, standing, stooping, and talking
- Ability to work in environments with potential hazards such as smoke, dust, odors, and elevated noise levels
- Ability to work on varied floor surfaces including uneven and carpeted floors

Job Duties
- Partners with Marketing Manager for advertising and promoting marketing events
- Assists Marketing Manager in facilitating approvals with artists for use of name and likeness
- Monitors staff performance to ensure guest service standards are achieved
- Assists with the overall marketing of Sandia Resort and Casino as needed
- Responsible for booking entertainment for resort venues including amphitheater, casino lounge, sports bar, pool, and ballrooms
- Coordinates production elements such as sound, lighting, scenery, props, and special effects
- Manages artist personal and technical riders
- Contracts and liaises with Technical Director for lights and sound
- Monitors entertainment profitability
- Partners with various departments to ensure event success
- Reviews marketing materials for promoting events
- Collaborates with agencies for radio, television, outdoor, digital, and social media promotions
- Communicates effectively with partners, leadership, and finance
- Coordinates and schedules venue personnel including security, ushers, concession workers, catering, and housekeeping
- Leads ticket pricing strategy and partners with Box Office Manager for sales and reports
- Manages Sandia Amphitheater performances with operational partners
- Coordinates artist-specific needs with hotel, food and beverage, security, and transportation
- Maintains confidentiality
- Ensures punctual and regular attendance
- Provides direct management and supervision to reporting team members
- Functions as advisor to operations and sets results-oriented goals
- Guides team to achieve structured and efficient operations
- Delegates responsibilities effectively
- Creates a teamwork environment through communication and support
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of reporting departments
- Applies analytical and critical thinking to solve problems
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
