Job Requirements

  • Residence in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proven experience producing digital and in-person events and experiences at large industry associations and proprietary events
  • Capacity to prioritize resources and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business research acumen and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years in marketing events and client experience planning and execution, including proprietary events, webinars and industry sponsorships
  • Experience in life sciences and healthcare preferred
  • Superior organizational, project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated management skills including goal setting, organizing projects, budget management and execution
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead events programs to fuel brand awareness and lead generation
  • Develop a scaled event strategy designed to drive results and aligned with organizational goals
  • Build cross functional alignment with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to strategize and create outstanding events, experiences and engagement
  • Own end-to-end project management and execution of events, including all logistics, production, venue sourcing, budget tracking, coordination and KPI tracking
  • Manage and execute proprietary events, webinars, and industry sponsorships
  • Analyze event performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate travel and on-site management for events when necessary
