Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an operations job role with onsite management experience
- In-depth knowledge of the city with residency of 6 or more years
- Own a car
- Strong experience with Excel or Google Spreadsheets
- Good communication and team management skills
- Functional phone with good battery life
- Laptop for training and meetings
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced work environment
- Active relationship builder and collaborator
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage onsite team of Brand Ambassadors to ensure performance standards
- Provide support and improve team performance
- Draft weekly rosters based on data analysis
- Analyze distribution data using Excel or Google Spreadsheets
- Continuously map the city to identify prime flyering locations
- Manage inventory of campaign materials via Oppizi platform
- Ensure operations run according to company standards and report daily to Ops team
