Job Duties
- Book and manage a full retail event calendar
- drive appointment volume inside Home Depot and Sam's Club locations
- hire, train, and coach a high-output team
- set the standard for energy, urgency, and professionalism
- track metrics daily and adjust strategy to outperform goals
- turn foot traffic into booked Free In-Home Consultations
- follow up on contest leads and convert them to appointments
