Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
- one year of administrative experience
- trade show/event experience preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinates and effectively communicates all aspects of conference events for sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- schedules and tracks events, registrations, and payments
- books hotel accommodations as needed
- manages relationships with organizers and vendors
- maximizes sponsorship activities and associated advertising
- promotes sales team attendance at conferences/events through email and social channels
- assists in ideation and development of booth activations and swag materials
- tracks event and swag budgets
- conducts post-conference follow-up with attendees and internal teams to assess event success, gather feedback, and improve for future events
- performs other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management to support organizational goals and objectives
