Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
  • one year of administrative experience
  • trade show/event experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinates and effectively communicates all aspects of conference events for sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • schedules and tracks events, registrations, and payments
  • books hotel accommodations as needed
  • manages relationships with organizers and vendors
  • maximizes sponsorship activities and associated advertising
  • promotes sales team attendance at conferences/events through email and social channels
  • assists in ideation and development of booth activations and swag materials
  • tracks event and swag budgets
  • conducts post-conference follow-up with attendees and internal teams to assess event success, gather feedback, and improve for future events
  • performs other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management to support organizational goals and objectives
