Job Requirements
- Experience in event coordination or marketing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and schedules
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Physical ability to perform event setup tasks
- Availability to work weekends

Job Duties
- Research and find events and shows within assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with the event vendors
- Book an annual calendar of events and shows
- Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators
- Schedule demonstrators to work events
- Coordinate booth and display setup and teardown
- Set appointments for free in-home consultation at the events and shows
- Collect contest entries
- Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for free in-home consultation
- Measure and report results
